York Barbell Glute Ham Raise for sale

I'm selling my York Barbell Glute Ham Raise and was curious if anyone would be interested in it here on the forum. The reason I'm selling it is b/c I decided to finally get one from EliteFTS and I don't have the room for two of them in my basement. Its about 7-8 years old. I bought it from the York Barbell Factory Store brand new. This past summer I had the pad refurbished up at York Barbell and it came out pretty good. It's a good piece of equipment perfect for a home/garage...

Hello everyone, I'm want to get into strongman competing and have been trying to find gyms or people that train and compete in my area. I live in fort worth, tx but i can't seem to find anyone in the area thats close.

I am making a Yoke, I am going to use I-Beams as the base to add weight. Does anyone know where I can find Yoke specifications? I have seen them before but can't recall where I saw them.

Hey guys and girls, I trying to get a group together for the weekend after thanksgiving. I'm getting out my new cardeadlift for its first ride. I also have stones from 150 to 275, super yolk, sled, square log, and 650 tire and some barrels . Im going to get two more tires next weekend 850 and 400. I sorry for the post but I do not know much about the sport. I have seen this on TV several times and I am thinking I might want to be a part of it. I am an ex bodybuilder and am used to age / weight classes for competition. Is this also the case for Strongman? How would you recommend I get started in this sport?

Brian Dobson and I will be hosting a Strongman show in conjunction with the Ronnie Coleman Classic this year. It's at the Mesquite Convention Center on April 10, 2010 and will feature several other sports as well strongman. The entry form is posted with event and hotel information.

Divisions will be LW Open, HW Open and Masters. Events: 1-arm Dumbbell Press, Yoke/Keg Carry Medley, Farmers Walk, Deadlift for Reps (Straps Allowed), Carry and Load Medley

got a couple things for sale. farmers handles are 185 lbs. each. have pretty fat handles probably 1 1/2". deadlift frame. has 4 post. weighs 100 empty. finally, have a 2" ironmind axle bar. weighs 33 lbs empty. would like to sale them before the end of the year. prices are reasonable. 150 for the farmers, 200 for the frame the ironmind axle is 200. sales for 220 on the website. email me if you are interested. daveym61@hotmail.com

I have a 88 honda accord that I got from a friend and I want to use it for a deadlift car. Problem, I cant seem to find a weight on it. The only thing I can find is 1990 and up. Different body style= different weight. I looking for a curb weight. I know its just a starting point, after I pull the motor,gas tank, interior and anything else not needed I'll have to sutracted but a starting weight would be great. Any help would be awesome.
