			<description><![CDATA[ I do  an eight or nine workout cycle.  This is a six, based on the weight I started with on the deadlift on the first one.  I was not making any progress on my
deadlifts in powerlifting or the dl-related events in strongman, so I bumped my training weights in the deadlifts to much closer to my p.r.&#39;s in training,
so this weight for six reps at 16&quot; is about 100# more than I was doing at the same point in my workouts in May.

100ft. down hill and 100ft. back. 180 ,380 480 then back to 180 sprints. By now lower back and hams are on fire. Then some light farmers 100ft 118pounds per
hand with 2 inch handles then its time for flat flys 3x15 at 40lbs  finish with db pullovers 40lbs. and twist to stretch the back 100reps. Got that from the
