I'm selling my York Barbell Glute Ham Raise and was curious if anyone would be interested in it here on the forum. The reason I'm selling it is b/c I decided to finally get one from EliteFTS and I don't have the room for two of them in my basement. Its about 7-8 years old. I bought it from the York Barbell Factory Store brand new. This past summer I had the pad refurbished up at York Barbell and it came out pretty good. It's a good piece of equipment perfect for a home/garage...

Vulkan or Rehband

Looking for some feedback, I am looking into buying some knee and elbow sleeves and a back support. I've been looking at Vulkan and the new Rehband supports. The Vulkan supports are longer and look more supportive but they're a lot cheaper than the Rehbands. I'm wondering if you get what you pay for, i.e. if they fall apart faster. If anyone has used the Vulkans or Rehbands or both I'd like to hear what you think about them. Thanks

I have a 26.5x25R tire taking up space in my back yard that's free to a good home. Just have to come pick it up. Thing is, this tire is "buffed" meaning it has no tread at all. It's not impossible to flip, hell if I can do it most anybody can, but it is a bear. Makes a good "challenge" tire. It just doesn't fit with my current goals. I need something I can flip 20+ times, but I can't get another tire until I get rid of this one.
